Welcome to the Terms and Conditions page for Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service company. We provide a variety of cleaning services for businesses in North Carolina. Our goal is to provide you with a clean and safe working environment. Please take some time to read through our terms and conditions, as they outline important information about our company and the services we provide.NOTE: Our services are subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement as outlined in this terms, which is available upon request. By placing an order for our services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any deviation from these terms must be approved in writing prior to work being performed.
All prices quoted by us are valid for 30 days after the date of the quotation and are exclusive of taxes, duties, or other charges that may apply at the time of payment. We accept payment via credit card, cash, or check, and payment due within 14 days of delivery of invoices unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Late payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month or a minimum of $20 for every month late, whichever is greater.
During the cleaning process, our cleaners will be careful, and we have insurance to cover any damage or breakage that could occur as a result of their work. However, we cannot be held accountable for the damage that occurs due to "natural wear and use," nor can we be held responsible for anything that is poorly placed, such as artwork, family treasures worth more than $200, etc. If you discover any problems or damage after your regularly scheduled cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours. We guarantee that we will make every effort to solve the issue and come up with a solution that will make everyone satisfied. After cleaning, the following things, among others, could give the impression that they have been harmed, although this list is not exhaustive:
Carpet and Rug Snags Carpet and rug snags are formed by looping fibers that get exposed as a result of normal wear and tear, moving furniture, or cleaning. Rug snags may also be caused by looping fibers. We utilize professional-grade vacuums that are pre-calibrated to meet industry standards and cannot be altered in any way. To avoid further damage, we will stay clear of any areas with visible carpet damage.
Fragile Surfaces Despite the extreme caution with which we clean fragile surfaces such as glass tabletops, granite countertops, and the like, accidents can still occur. If we happen to break something, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can take responsibility for it and make appropriate preparations for its repair or replacement.
Pictures, decorations, or mirrors that were hung incorrectly - If something falls and breaks while we are cleaning, we will do our best to clean up the damage and make arrangements for repair or replacement of the item. On the other hand, we cannot be held accountable for anything if the object in question was not hung properly, to begin with.
Artwork, Collectibles, or Family Heirlooms valued at over $300 - We will take additional care when cleaning around these objects, but we cannot be held liable for any damage that could occur. We strongly suggest that you remove these things from the areas that are going to be cleaned, or at the very least, inform us about them in advance so that we can take additional safety measures.
Woodwork, Vintage/Antique Wood Furniture, Un-finished & Furniture with Special Instructions - If your woodwork, wooden furniture, or vintage wooden furniture is not sealed or constructed of something other than real wood, please let us know when making your reservation. In addition, if your furniture has any special instructions, please include those in the space designated for them. If there is any unique maintenance that is required for your furniture, please clarify your requirements using item-specific information. Please let us know through email or text the cleaning product(s) you like to supply us with if you want to supply your own for your specific piece(s) of furniture, leather furniture, etc.
Both water and power are fundamental needs! If your utilities are turned off, we will be pleased to reschedule your appointment for when they are turned back on.
We provide three-step ladders that are sufficiently long to allow one to reach the majority of the first-floor windows, ceiling fans, and higher shelves. We don't climb any higher than that because we're concerned about our safety.
We will never move large pieces of furniture or appliances since it is both dangerous and unhealthy to do so. We can clean below and around them, to the extent that this is practicable.
Walls, ceilings, and animal excrement will not be cleaned. In addition to ceilings, walls are also dangerous since they can easily get damaged. Additionally, if the customer's washing and drying equipment are outside of their house, we are unable to provide laundry services.
A day or two ahead of your scheduled cleaning, you'll get a confirmation text message. You must confirm with us so that we don't miss any scheduled cleanings. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of scheduled cleanings. There may be a $10 charge if a scheduled cleaning is canceled with less than 24 hours notice. In addition, a $20 cancellation fee (trip charge) may be issued if the cleaner is unable to access the building. With this approach, we can guarantee that our services will always be adaptable to the needs of our customers and staff.
As a valued customer, we ask that you please help us avoid any potential fees by leaving us a key, leaving the door(s) unlocked, giving us the garage code, etc. At the end of each cleaning, we'll leave you a card with the next planned cleaning date. If Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service needs to cancel your planned cleaning appointment with less than 24 hours' notice and there are no openings for another cleaning appointment within the following five business days, your next cleaning will be offered at a discounted rate. If the customer declines our rescheduling offer, we cannot issue a refund.
Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Calling us during peak hours may result in our voicemail. We have a quick turnaround time for callbacks. If you phone us outside of normal business hours, we will get back to you as soon as possible on the next workday.
We will try our best to arrive by the scheduled cleaning time, but delays due to traffic or other commitments may occur. Unless otherwise specified, the cleaning will be done anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The people who clean our offices admire your adaptability. Please provide a window of time rather than a specific arrival time if at all feasible.
Except in cases of illness, vacation, personal emergency, or a continuing change in schedule, your regularly scheduled cleaner will always be the one who has been allocated to you. If your regular cleaner needs to modify their schedule, call out sick or leave the company, don't worry; another qualified cleaner will be sent to your premises with a copy of your individualized work Order. You can try out several cleaners until you find the one that best suits your needs.
Despite our best efforts to ensure accuracy, Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service cannot guarantee that any content on our website will be accurate or complete. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions. You agree that Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service may collect and store data that is related to your use of our website. We may take action against anyone who does not comply with these terms of service.
Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from our services regardless of whether such losses arise from any breach of contract, negligence, or other cause whatsoever. In no event shall Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00). The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services.
These Terms and Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service. By utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions in their entirety, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the services after any change has been made to the Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such change. The customer is responsible for providing access to the premises and any safety equipment that is required.
The cleaning service will provide all necessary supplies and equipment.
Payment is expected upon completion of work.
Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel services for any reason at its sole discretion.
No refunds will be provided after payment has been received, except as otherwise expressly agreed by both parties in writing.
Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service is not liable for any damages caused by our negligence or carelessness, including without limitation loss of property or personal injury.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. All disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Orange County, North Carolina. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions hereof.
Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service may modify these terms and conditions from time to time without notice or liability, and such modification will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following any modifications indicates that you accept those modifications as binding upon you.
Magen & Jaritza Commercial Cleaning Service reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
